大家應該都知道OL是什麼吧哈哈

O是指occurrences
L是指low rate/ no response 

Overall agreement of occurrences should be reported when most of the intervals indicate no response.

A low rate warrants reporting occurrence agreement. 

反之， high rate 就是要用nonoccurrence

這應該是measurement 的那個task list
